Standardize PDF Page Size

Unify PDFs to A4 or Letter and cleanly arrange them with centering and Fit (keep aspect ratio).

When you need to standardize PDF page sizes

If A4 and Letter pages are mixed in one PDF, printing or viewing may look inconsistent.

This tool standardizes the entire document to a chosen format and places content cleanly using centering and Fit.

  • Submission/printing Unify mixed page sizes to A4 or Letter
  • Cleaning up scans Normalize pages to a standard size when scan results vary
  • Internal standardization Unify formats when collaborative documents are mixed
Which should I choose: A4 or Letter?+

A4 is common in Korea/Japan/Europe, while Letter is common in the U.S. Choose based on your submission requirements.

Fit / Fill / None: what’s the difference?

Fit scales down/up (optionally) while keeping the aspect ratio so the full content fits on the page.

Fill scales to minimize margins, but some edges may be cropped.

  • Fit Keeps everything visible (recommended). Great for reports/documents.
  • Fill Minimizes margins. Useful for posters/image-heavy docs (may crop).
  • None Keeps original size. If larger than the target page, it may be cropped.

Tips for alignment and margins

In most cases, Center + Fit produces a clean result.

If content is too close to the edge or you’re worried about print clipping, add an outer margin (mm/pt).

  • Center recommended Keeps the document visually balanced.
  • Add margins Helps secure a print-safe area (e.g., 5mm~10mm).
  • Upscale small pages If many pages are small, enable upscaling for a more consistent look.
What if the original content looks too small?+

Enable upscaling and use Fit.
